Monsoon has expanded rapidly from its London origins, with over 400 Monsoon and Accessorize stores throughout the UK and Eire; Tangent have supplied high-quality artwork for the past five years.

The Issue

With so many stores across the country, Monsoon required a digital solution to a critical marketing problem in the retail industry; how to find the most cost-effective method of receiving bespoke window artwork for their 400 shops. In addition, each store carried different size specifications and deadlines for the vital launch of new fashions, especially the autumn and summer collections.

The Solution

Tangent created a customized on-demand, data-driven template that holds the database of artwork from Monsoon. Because of the system's capabilities, Tangent produces the bespoke window imagery in house for each and every store with a quick turnaround, meaning Monsoon's point of sale can be updated without delay, especially for the launch of new and innovative collections.

The Results

Monsoon and Tangent enjoy a successful marketing relationship, resulting in the client being able to speak directly to their customers on the high street in all stores at short notice.
