Wolseley are the world's biggest distributor of heating and plumbing products, leading the way in supplying builders' products to the professional market. Tangent has worked with Wolseley's marketing team to enhance local marketing in the UK.

The Issue
Like many organisations, Wolseley have outlets across the UK with different customers, in different regions, requiring different products.

The Solution
Tangent introduced an advanced marketing product, Toolkit empowering local branch managers to push central brand proposition in their locale. By driving sales through autonomous promotions, point of sale and direct mail, Wolseley adopted a bespoke online solution that allowed the central brand control to filter through to local level.

The Results
Tangent's close relationship with Wolseley is entering its third year and has received numerous testimonials from local and national representatives including Paul Evans, the Regional Trading Director, who stated: "I feel involved in making a real change to the way I can grow my business."
